The Life and Legacy of Jordan D Thornhill:
Jordan D Thornhill was a proud graduate of Renaissance High School in the city of Detroit and a recent graduate of Michigan State University. At Michigan State, he became a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated and was preparing to begin the next chapter of his life and career.
Jordan was known for his leadership, loyalty, and the positive impact he had on those around him. His life reflected strong values, determination, and a genuine commitment to uplifting others.
On the evening of July 4, 2024, Jordan attended a neighborhood block party in the City of Detroit where families and community members had gathered to celebrate Independence Day. In the early morning hours of July 5, shortly after midnight, gunfire suddenly erupted and Jordan’s life was tragically taken.
Though his life was cut far too short, his legacy now lives on through the work of the Jordan D Thornhill Memorial Foundation.
